Introduction to Workflow Management with drake

Instructional talk covering the basics of writing functions in R and creating drake projects for documenting data analysis workflows. Attendees worked with an example dataset and participated in live coding activities to build a drake project from scratch. This was a half-day session over Zoom as part of WSU CEREO’s Reproducible Research Techniques with R workshop series. Syllabus available here.
